Data collected and purposes

Estimate form

Company, site location, site type, grid operator, declared power and consumption, main constraint, name, role, email, phone, message.

Purpose: to produce your estimate and reply to you. Legal basis: legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps.

Operational data

Technical measurements from the equipped site: power, state of charge, temperatures, dispatch events.

Purpose: storage dispatch and reporting of gains. Legal basis: performance of the contract.

Browsing

No advertising cookie is set. A single local entry stores your consent choice so the banner is not shown again. Any audience-measurement tracker is enabled only after explicit consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.

Legal basis: consent for any non-essential tracker.

Cookies and trackers

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept, refuse or configure trackers by category. Your choice is stored locally and can be changed at any time from the “Manage cookies” link.

Functional (always active)

Storage strictly necessary for the site to work or for a service you explicitly requested, such as remembering your consent choice.

Preferences

Storage of preferences you did not explicitly request, such as display language.

Statistics

Anonymous audience measurement. Without a court order or additional data from a third party, this information cannot identify you.

Marketing

Profiling for advertising or tracking across one or several websites. No tracker of this kind is used to date.

Retention periods

Enquiries sent through the form: 3 years from the last contact, then deleted. Operational data from equipped sites: kept for the life of the contract, then 12 months for technical evidence, excluding statutory accounting archiving (10 years).

Third-party links and content

The site is hosted in France and loads no external resources: fonts and images are served from our own servers. Some pages link to third-party sites (LinkedIn, press articles); once there, their own privacy policy applies and they may collect data about you.

Recipients and processors

Data is accessible only to authorized Fractal Energy staff and to our technical processors: OVH SAS for hosting (France) and our business email provider, both located within the European Union. No resale, no brokering, no advertising use.

Security

End-to-end encrypted links, outbound-only communication from equipped sites, named and logged access, regular review of permissions.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. Write to webmaster@fractalenergy.io; we answer within one month. On request, we send you a file gathering all the personal data we hold about you. Erasure does not cover data we must keep for administrative, legal or security reasons. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
