Do I need to sign a new energy contract?
If you already have PV panels, Flexbox works independently of your current energy contract. If you already have a dynamic contract, you can link it to Flexbox, and it will adjust its behavior accordingly. If you don’t yet have PV panels or a dynamic contract, you can get support from an energy provider before purchasing your first Flexbox.
Can I really install Flexbox myself?
Yes, absolutely! In just 5 steps, you’ll have a working Flexbox:
1. Unpack it.
2. Plug it into a dedicated socket.
3. Connect it to your Wi-Fi network via the FlexApp.
4. Link it to your smart meter.
5. Repeat these steps to install additional Flexbox devices.
Does it matter which phase I use for feeding back electricity if I have a 3-phase system?
Flexbox is compatible with both 3-phase and single-phase households. If you have multiple Flexbox devices, it’s recommended to distribute them across multiple phases. We can assist you with this.
