When can I expect the delivery of my Flexbox?
Due to the current high global demand for batteries, it may take up to 6 months to pre-order batteries and have them delivered to your home. Don't worry, if the delivery is delayed, you can cancel your reservation free of charge and receive a full refund of your deposit. Order now and be ready for this summer! -
What if I change my mind after paying the deposit?
You can cancel at any time, and the deposit will be fully refunded. -
Do I need to sign a new energy contract?
If you already have PV panels, Flexbox works independently of your current energy contract. If you already have a dynamic contract, you can link it to Flexbox, and it will adjust its behavior accordingly. If you don’t yet have PV panels or a dynamic contract, you can get support from an energy provider before purchasing your first Flexbox. -
Can I really install Flexbox myself?
Yes, absolutely! In just 5 steps, you’ll have a working Flexbox: 1. Unpack it. 2. Plug it into a dedicated socket. 3. Connect it to your Wi-Fi network via the FlexApp. 4. Link it to your smart meter. 5. Repeat these steps to install additional Flexbox devices. -
Does it matter which phase I use for feeding back electricity if I have a 3-phase system?
Flexbox is compatible with both 3-phase and single-phase households. If you have multiple Flexbox devices, it’s recommended to distribute them across multiple phases. We can assist you with this. -
Can I avoid feed-in penalties with a Flexbox?
With Flexbox, you feed less electricity back into the grid, reducing your feed-in costs. -
Is the Flexbox safe and sustainable?
Flexbox contains high-quality recyclable lithium iron phosphate (LFP) cells. These cells belong to the safest category in terms of battery fire safety and do not contain controversial conflict metals such as nickel, cobalt, or manganese. Flexbox monitors its statistics in real-time using multiple built-in sensors to prevent thermal runaway.
